We deliver impactful programs, supported by international organizations, fostering innovation, growth, and international partnerships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Project Coordinator<\/strong> will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of Visionest\u2019s training and consultancy projects, from initiation to completion. This role involves close collaboration with the team in Ukraine and Estonia, as well as with trainers, consultants, and participants to ensure the effective implementation of training modules, consultancy and overall program success. The coordinator will also be handling scheduling, reporting, and program logistics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee the daily operations of assigned training and consultancy projects, ensuring smooth implementation and timely delivery of tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate communication between trainers, consultants, and participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage the scheduling of training sessions, online workshops, and meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in the development and distribution of project documentation, reports, and deliverables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the preparation and submission of progress reports, timesheets, and other administrative tasks in accordance with project requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with international partners and consultants to ensure project objectives are met and program impact is maximized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor project performance, ensuring all activities comply with Visionest\u2019s quality standards and client expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide technical and logistical support for online Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Talent LMS, and integrations for project tracking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the evaluation of program outcomes and facilitate the process of gathering and analyzing participant feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the creation and maintenance of marketing materials and communication plans in coordination with the communication team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 2 years of experience coordinating projects, preferably in training, consulting, or international development sectors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Ukrainian.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in working with online Learning Management Systems (LMS) and project management tools in a fully remote setup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactive approach, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of a dynamic international environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A dynamic and supportive international team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible working conditions with a full-remote setup\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunities for professional development and learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engagement in impactful projects that contribute to the economic rebuilding of Ukraine, growth and development of SMEs and professionals globally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested candidates should send their CV, cover letter, and two professional references to <a href=\"mailto:maxim.chechelev@visionest.institute\">maxim.chechelev@visionest.institute<\/a><strong> <\/strong>&nbsp;by <strong>October 31, 2024<\/strong>.
