With 365 applications received, 80% of entrepreneurs successfully began their training, completing 7 modules, 14 hours of feedback sessions, and over 700 assignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result of this intensive learning process, more than 130 participants successfully graduated, receiving internationally recognized certificates and crafting practical export plans for their businesses. Most importantly, they gained invaluable knowledge and skills to help them enter international markets with confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Program Impact: Measurable Growth<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a tradition, after the completion of each training program, we conduct a comprehensive participant survey to compare their achievements before and after the course. Here are the remarkable findings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Final Survey Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants highly rated the program\u2019s quality:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Overall satisfaction:<\/strong> 9.15\/10<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Usefulness of the program:<\/strong> 9.26\/10<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Course and event organization:<\/strong> 9.21\/10<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Informational support during training:<\/strong> 9.20\/10<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A comparison of competency levels before and after training shows significant growth:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Market Entry Model:<\/strong> +4.02 points (+130.85%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Risk Management in Export:<\/strong> +3.91 points (+122.57%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Product Adaptation for Export:<\/strong> +3.34 points (+91.71%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Branding and Marketing in International Markets:<\/strong> +3.81 points (+104.28%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>How to Identify an Export Market:<\/strong> +3.29 points (+90.52%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Top Skills with the Greatest Growth:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Using analytical tools for market selection:<\/strong> +4.31 points (+127.47%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Branding and marketing:<\/strong> +3.81 points (+104.28%)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Product adaptation for export:<\/strong> +3.81 points (+100.94%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strong Endorsement from Participants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A remarkable 91 out of 92 participants who took part in the final survey stated they would recommend the Export Academy to others. This confirms the program\u2019s effectiveness in empowering Ukrainian businesses for global success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We sincerely thank each participant for their trust, perseverance, and thirst for knowledge.
