The finalists emerged with <strong>Global Business Plans<\/strong> tailored for international markets &#8211; and earned <strong>international certificates<\/strong> recognising their readiness to go global.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How the Program Worked<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Born Global Ukraine was a comprehensive accelerator program. Participants were guided by alumni of the Train the Trainers and Export Consultants Mastery programs (previous initiatives of the Visionest Institute for Ukrainian export consultants), alongside experienced professionals in global trade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The structure included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>8 learning modules<\/strong> with Ukrainian and international experts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Homework tasks<\/strong> rooted in participants\u2019 own business ideas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mentor feedback sessions<\/strong> from local and global advisors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gamified challenges<\/strong> to boost engagement and reward progress<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ongoing mentoring<\/strong> from international trade specialists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The program culminated in <strong>final project defenses<\/strong> on August 21\u201322, 2025 &#8211; a celebration of teamwork, strategy, and bold vision, and ended on August 28, 2025, in Kyiv with the Grand Final Graduation Event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" src=\"https:\/\/visionest.institute\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/540968972_747037228090973_3539385289090009640_n-1-1280x853.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42831\" srcset=\"https:\/\/visionest.institute\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/540968972_747037228090973_3539385289090009640_n-1-1280x853.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/visionest.institute\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/540968972_747037228090973_3539385289090009640_n-1-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/visionest.institute\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/540968972_747037228090973_3539385289090009640_n-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/visionest.institute\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/540968972_747037228090973_3539385289090009640_n-1-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/visionest.institute\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/540968972_747037228090973_3539385289090009640_n-1.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Results That Speak Volumes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Born Global Ukraine didn\u2019t just teach &#8211; it transformed. Participants shifted from local thinking to global action, with measurable growth across key competencies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, professional competencies have increased significantly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>general knowledge of exports has increased by 117%;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>estimating the cost of entering foreign markets by 118%;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>market, company and customer research by 137%;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>risk management in international trade by 139%;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>use of B2B platforms and search for partners abroad by 126%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Successful internationalization begins not when a company is ready to export, but when entrepreneurs start thinking globally. Born Global Ukraine supports this mindset by fostering a new business culture centered on development, partnership, and innovation. We create an environment where Ukrainian entrepreneurs feel integrated into the global market, understand its rules, and are empowered to leverage global opportunities for the growth of their companies.&#8221; &#8211;  said Serhiy Pashchukov, Project Manager Visionest Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voices of Transformation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe have successfully transformed an idea into a fully-fledged project that is now operational. We have already signed one contract, marking a positive start for our team in terms of business development and enhancing our time management,\u201d said Anna Kostenko of the AD Travel and Logistics project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe program has helped me realize that my potential is greater than I initially thought and that nothing is impossible. Additionally, Born Global Ukraine provided me with valuable tools to help me achieve my goals for project development and market entry,\u201d shared Iryna Korobko from the Pink Elephant project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u201cThe training modules have proven to be practical and beneficial, even in other projects I am involved with,\u201d commented Svyatoslav Kononsky from the RoboBukh project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impact and What\u2019s Next<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Post-program analytics reveal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>70% of teams<\/strong> plan domestic growth with future international expansion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>15% are building Born Global companies<\/strong> from day one<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teams report stronger collaboration, improved partner search skills, and greater confidence in global competitiveness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Born Global Ukraine is more than a program.
