This stage was guided by Visionest Institute CEO Anu-Mall Naarits, growth marketing and international business development expert Artem Daniliants, creative director and brand strategist Nils Kajander, and service design and sustainable innovation expert Dan Mikkin. The mentorship created a focused environment for refining international positioning, strengthening service offerings, and developing practical strategies for entering and operating in foreign markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Out of this advanced cohort, five agencies demonstrating the highest level of progress and readiness were selected for the Finland study visit &#8211; a high-value international opportunity combining direct meetings with leading companies, professional networking, and knowledge exchange. The visit enabled participants to engage face-to-face with European industry leaders, explore real business models in practice, and open discussions for potential future collaboration in international markets. The delegation was guided throughout the programme by Visionest Institute CEO Anu-Mall Naarits, Project Manager Krista Kulderknup, and Trainings and Communications Coordinator Tatia Paradashvili, who ensured continuity between training, mentorship, and international study components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The programme is supported by the European Union and implemented in partnership with UNDP Georgia and the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV). Beyond transport operations, Tallink functions as a large-scale service and hospitality provider with a strong emphasis on customer experience and regional market integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kristi M\u00e4nnik, Head of Group Brands and Marketing, presented how the company manages marketing across multiple national markets with different cultural and consumer expectations. The company has delivered projects for global brands such as Google, Amazon Prime Video, and Intersport, demonstrating its capacity to operate in complex international markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The discussion focused on how creative services are increasingly shifting toward flexible delivery models, faster project execution cycles, and closer alignment with client business objectives. The company focuses on moving beyond descriptive data reporting by analysing customer behaviour patterns to understand underlying motivations and predict future purchasing behaviour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jari Taipale presented Ravogen\u2019s approach to data-driven marketing, highlighting how the company supports over 150 brands through in-store and digital insight analytics. Together, these sessions provided practical insights into how European companies structure marketing, creativity, and data as integrated business functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The visit formed a key stage within the Creative Services Export programme, enabling participants to translate training and mentorship into real-market observations and actionable business development strategies.
