We’re excited to continue introducing you to the future of Ukrainian export consulting! Export Consultants Mastery program, formerly known as the Train the Trainers program (TOP-10 of a prestigious European Innovative Teaching and Learning Award 2022!), is a 9-month intensive course that equips participants with the skills to become successful export consultants.
This program has an unique program structure:
- Regional Teams: Participants collaborate in 10 regionally-based teams.
- Real-World Focus: Teams work on projects for 7 different companies across various sectors, gaining practical experience.
- Client-Centric Approach: Success is measured by achieving positive client outcomes.
- Comprehensive Learning: Participants complete challenging assignments to hone their export and consulting skills.
Today, we spotlight the Odessa-based team – Sunrise Export Task Force. This team consistently impressed throughout the program, particularly excelling in the Product Adaptation module.
Meet the Team:
- Serhiy Bert: Lawyer with expertise in Ukrainian and German law, fluent in English and German. Embraces the importance of programming skills.
- Marianna Kravchenko (Team Leader): Export Officer with 8 years of FEA experience and a graduate of The Visionest Institute’s Export Academy 2022.
- Olena Yurchuk: Senior Consultant specializing in digital marketing and export, skilled at developing effective marketing strategies and supporting export projects.
- Yana Topina: Manager of FEA brand Vilni, with experience consulting companies entering export markets.
- Oleg Mikerin: Business Development Consultant at OPPE.
