Grand Opening of Export Consultants Mastery 2025-2026: Shaping the Next Generation of Global Export Leaders

Tallinn, Estonia- 18-19 August 2025 marked the grand opening of the Export Consultants Mastery (ECM) 2025-2026, Visionest Institute’s flagship international program. 35 participants from Georgia, Ukraine, and Estonia gathered for this prestigious initiative, selected through a highly competitive process for their talent, vision, and commitment to excellence.

A Transformative International Program Unites Bright Minds from Georgia, Ukraine, and Estonia!

Export Consultants Mastery offers participants more than a training course; it provides a hands-on journey into the world of export consultancy, combining practical skills, strategic methodologies, and exposure to leading international business practices.

Delivered in partnership with the Estonian Centre for International Development Cooperation (ESTDEV) and supported by the EU-Georgia Business Council (EUGBC) and the University of Georgia, ECM blends academic rigor, cross-sector collaboration, and EU-level certification. Participants from Georgia and Ukraine attend on full tuition scholarships, highlighting the program’s prestige and international significance.

Guided by Leadership and Insight

The launch of the Export Consultants Mastery (ECM) 2025–2026 program was led by Anu-Mall Naarits, CEO of Visionest Institute, whose extensive expertise in international business, professional training, cross-cultural collaboration, and consultancy provided a solid foundation for the program. She personally accompanied participants throughout the study tours, fostering an environment where questions, discussions, and reflections were encouraged at every step. Her guidance enabled participants to connect theoretical knowledge with real-world business practice, offering insights, mentorship, and strategic perspectives that only seasoned leadership can provide. The program’s opening was celebrated alongside the Visionest Institute 35 reception, creating an inspiring and memorable context for the participants while highlighting the Institute’s commitment to international exchange, professional excellence, and leadership development.

Immersive Study Visits: Learning Through Experience

From the very first day, participants were immersed in Estonia’s thriving export and innovation ecosystem. At Estanc, a leading exporter of process equipment to more than 40 countries, they observed precision engineering, sustainable production practices, and international market strategies in action. CEO Priit Haldma shared insights into how operational excellence and innovation fuel global success.

At Trinidad Wiseman (TWN), participants explored human-centered design and digital transformation, discovering how AI-powered feedback systems and accessibility-focused innovations can reshape services for public and private sectors. This visit emphasized the intersection of technology, strategy, and human impact.

At Sanitex, the largest wholesale and logistics group in the Baltics, participants gained insight into complex, multi-country supply chain management. Observing the coordination of thousands of SKUs and client interactions provided tangible lessons on efficiency, adaptability, and operational excellence in international trade.

Creative innovation was showcased at the Tanel Veenre Showroom, where participants discovered how an Estonian design brand grows globally through strategic collaborations, e-commerce, and thoughtful brand positioning. At the Digital Logistics Center, they explored cutting-edge freight and supply chain solutions, integrating AI, blockchain, and real-time digital systems.

Visits to Metaprint OÜ and JOIK demonstrated how traditional manufacturing and sustainable consumer brands innovate for international markets, highlighting the critical roles of quality, scalability, and brand development. Through these immersive experiences, participants gained both practical knowledge and inspiration, seeing firsthand the strategies and creativity that underpin successful export businesses.

A Multi-Dimensional, Cross-Cultural Experience

ECM is more than a series of study visits; it is a cross-cultural, multi-dimensional learning journey. Participants engaged with peers from different countries, shared perspectives, and developed insights that will shape their careers. The program fosters curiosity, strategic thinking, and international awareness, equipping participants to excel as globally-minded export consultants.
