Creative Services Export Programme

The Creative Services Export Programme is designed for Georgian marketing, branding, digital, and creative agencies that are ready to move beyond the local market and start winning clients abroad.
This programme combines practical training, mentoring, and an international study visit to help agencies build clear positioning, strong export strategies, and real international business opportunities.
This project is financed and supported by the European Union. This program is organized and implemented by Visionesti Institute (EST), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Georgia, and the Estonia Centre of International Development (ESTDEV).
Who Should Apply?
We invite established and growing creative agencies from Georgia that want to expand internationally and generate export revenue.
The programme is ideal for:
- Agency owners and CEOs who want to position their company internationally and build sustainable export income.
- Marketing and communication managers looking to upgrade their digital presence, websites, portfolios, and B2B client acquisition for international markets.
- Project managers and operations leads who want to create scalable digital workflows and manage international clients remotely.

Selection Criteria:
To qualify for mentoring and the study visit, companies must:
- Attend all three workshop days
- Submit homework in the form of an Export Business Plan
STAGE III – Study Visit in Europe

📍 Estonia and Finland
Participants: Representatives from 7 selected companies
The study visit includes:
- Meetings with international agencies and creative businesses
- Insights into Nordic export models and collaboration practices
- Exposure to real-life international growth strategies
Additional participants from the same company may join the study visit but must cover their own travel, accommodation, and meals.
Selection and Participation Notes
- Only 7 companies will be selected for mentoring and the study visit
- Full participation in the workshops is mandatory
- Homework submission (Export Plan) is required for selection

Nils Kajander
Creative Director & Brand Strategist
Nils Kajander is a seasoned creative director and brand strategist with over 25 years of experience helping companies sharpen their positioning, strengthen their brands, and successfully enter international markets.
He works at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and business growth – translating complex ambitions into clear, compelling brand direction. For the past eight years, Nils has been a partner at BOND, an internationally awarded branding agency operating across Helsinki, Tallinn, Dubai, and New York. He has led the strategic and creative direction of more than 100 client projects, many involving international expansion, multi-market brand launches, and high-stakes repositioning in competitive environments.
His clients range from fast-growing creative businesses to established companies entering markets such as Germany, the UK, the USA, and the Middle East. With deep experience working across Nordic, European, and Gulf markets, Nils understands the real challenges faced by agencies and companies from smaller economies. His mentoring focuses on how to use brand not as decoration, but as a powerful business tool – helping agencies build stronger value propositions, win international clients, and support their customers’ export ambitions.

Dan Mikkin Service
Design & Sustainable Innovation Expert
Dan Mikkin is one of Estonia’s leading service design experts and a pioneer of the field since 2009. With over 30 years of experience in design and development, Dan helps organisations rethink how their services, products, and business models create value – not only for customers, but for society and the environment as a whole.
As a partner at HI advisory, Dan has worked on nationally and internationally impactful projects, including Estonia’s e-Residency growth strategy, the export strategy of the Estonian Marketing Association (TULI), service development for ICR Home in Georgia, and the creation of practical tools for ESG compliance and circular design.
His work bridges strategy, design, and sustainability in a way that is both visionary and highly practical.
Dan also brings a strong educational background, teaching interaction design at the Estonian Academy of Arts and creative entrepreneurship at the Baltic Film, Media and Arts School. As a mentor, he challenges agencies to think deeper about user value, long-term impact, and how design-led thinking can become a competitive advantage in international markets.

Artem Daniliants
Growth Marketing & International Business Development expert
Specialist Artem Daniliants is a growth marketing and international expansion expert with over 15 years of hands-on experience helping companies scale through smart marketing, technology, and go-to-market strategy.
He has worked extensively with creative, digital, and educational organisations looking to enter and grow in international markets. Artem has supported Finnish and Nordic companies in expanding to Canada, the United States, and across Europe, designing growth frameworks that combine positioning, digital acquisition, sales funnels, and market entry strategy. His strength lies in turning strategy into action – helping teams understand what actually drives growth beyond their home market. As founder of Daniliants Ventures and co-founder of Woorati, Artem combines entrepreneurial mindset with deep practical expertise. International Marketing & Export Strategy Expert
Anu-Mall Naarits is an international marketing and export strategy expert with over 25 years of experience helping companies and creative organisations grow beyond their home markets. She specialises in designing and delivering practical growth programmes that combine strategic marketing, positioning, and international market entry.
As CEO of Visionest Institute, Anu-Mall has led and developed dozens of large-scale training, mentoring, and incubation programmes across Europe, Ukraine, the South Caucasus, and the Nordics. She has worked closely with international organisations such as UNDP, USAID, GIZ, and EU-funded initiatives, supporting creative, digital, and service-based businesses in building export-ready strategies and international partnerships.
With a strong background in both marketing and psychology, Anu-Mall understands the real challenges agencies face when scaling internationally – from clarifying value propositions and pricing to adapting communication for different cultures and markets. Her work focuses on turning expertise into structured, sellable offers and helping agencies position themselves as credible international partners.
