The workshop focused heavily on pre-fair preparation, covering booth design, budgeting, and targeted marketing strategies. Participants were encouraged to select trade fairs aligned with their business goals for maximum impact.
Other strategies discussed included enhancing visibility at trade fairs through interactive booth activities, product demonstrations, and effective B2B meeting management to engage visitors.
The session concluded with a focus on post-fair follow-up, outlining steps for maintaining connections with leads, scheduling meetings, and evaluating performance for continuous improvement.
This inaugural workshop marks the start of a series of educational sessions aimed at helping Georgian SMEs succeed at international trade fairs.
Funded by the European Union and implemented by Visionest Institute, a contractor of the Estonian entre for International Development, with support from UNDP Georgia and in collaboration with Enterprise Georgia, this initiative is designed to boost SMEs’ exports to the EU and European markets through active participation in international trade fairs and B2B events.
