Supported by EU4Business: Recovery, Competitiveness, and Internationalization of SMEs, this initiative has delivered impressive results! 🇩🇪🌱
Over five intensive days, participants gained invaluable experience covering all aspects of entering the German organic market. The tour included a productive visit to BIOFACH, the leading event for the organic sector in Nuremberg. A key highlight was unprecedented access to top management of major German companies, made possible through the professional network of Visionest Institute experts.
Key Achievements of the Tour:

- 🏭 Official visits to production facilities and distribution centers.
- 🛒 Comprehensive study of various German organic retail formats.
- 📊 Expert consultations and training on market entry strategies.
- ✨ Long-term partnerships initiated for future cooperation.
Innovative Learning Approach:
- 📝 Individual mentoring for each company.
- 📚 Structured knowledge documentation system to ensure long-term learning benefits.
- 🎯 Practical training sessions on neuromarketing and market entry strategies.
An additional eco-friendly aspect of the tour was that all transportation was conducted by rail, significantly reducing the event’s carbon footprint.
