Strengthening Ukrainian Business Support Organizations (BSOs) to promote exports and expanding international cooperation.

Export Alliance Mastery: Центр розвитку Експортної Потужності project is developed by Visionest Institute Estonia and implemented in cooperation with Ukraine’s Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office within the framework of the Diia. Business Ukrainian national project.

The primary goal of this program is to strengthen the export capacity of Ukrainian companies by empowering Business Support Organizations (BSOs) through comprehensive training and support. The program focuses on enhancing the skills and capabilities of BSOs, enabling them to offer practical, market-oriented assistance to SMEs aiming to enter and succeed in international markets.

 

Program Highlights

  • 7 intensive monthly training modules combining theory and practice
  • Hands-on experience with real Ukrainian companies
  • Tailored mentorship and coaching by top international trainers
  • EU Study Trip: First-hand learning from successful European BSOs
  • Practical 8 week module implementing the knowledge

Beneficiaries

  • Direct: 100 SMEs from 10 regions (50% women-led), 10 BSOs
  • Indirect: Regional entrepreneurs, other BSOs, Estonian BSOs, international organizations
  • 10 BSOs empowered from 10 regions
  • 100 companies recruited for practical application of the skills
  • At least 30 BSO participants from 10 organisation trained
  • BSO practices implemented to its members
  • 50% women participation
  • BSO capacity increased to serve 2500 SMEs
