UKRAINE REBUILDING TASK FORCE

The Ukraine Rebuilding Task Force program is developed by Visionest Institute Estonia and implemented in cooperation with Ukraine’s Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office within the framework of the Diia.Business Ukrainian national project.
The project is implemented with financial support from the U.S. Department of State Office of the Assistance Coordinator for Europe and Eurasia under the 10th Round of the Development Cooperation Partnership (DCP) Program and the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV).
In order to support the Ukrainian rebuilding sector (engineers, architects, construction, digital services, consultancy) to participate efficiently in the great Rebuilding, we create a training program that makes them quicker ready for internationalisation and operational for cooperation with international rebuilding sector by increasing capacity, bringing more women in the male dominated sector, using digital tools and enhancing cooperation.
The objectives
During one cycle of the program to
- train 300 rebuilding sector companies (SME-s) about international cooperation,
- train 20 IT freelancers in mentorship to become Digital Mentors for rebuilding sector companies,
- increase cooperation between participants and develop 5 sectoral action plans.
Purpose and mission of the program
- quickly and efficiently train the professional services sector to increase their willingness to participate in the reconstruction of Ukraine together with Western companies.
- increase adaptation of their services to international customers’ needs
- increase ability to sell and market their services and cooperate
- Digital mentors help to make their services visible and findable for international customers.
- Regional teams create action plans for rebuilding
The program helps the rebuilding participants companies to become active in international cooperation for rebuilding Ukraine and enhance their visibility online.
Digital Mentors can support other companies and the sectors to better visible online.
Regional cooperation plan will help to be more successful in cooperation with international rebuilding community.
We will publish the results of the program in July 2024 after the end of the program activities.
