Visionest Institute is excited to announce its active participation in the European Training Foundation’s (ETF) ‘Creating New Learning Research’ (CNL). This research initiative is a pivotal step in understanding the experiences of educators, learners, and stakeholders involved in innovative practices in teaching and learning.
The Export Consultants Mastery Program, developed by Visionest Institute, is under the spotlight, contributing valuable insights to the broader educational landscape.
Building on the success of the Train the Trainers program, which was ranked among the top ten innovative educational programs by the European ETF Innovative Training & Learning Award 2022 and produced 120 highly qualified consultants over the past two years, Visionest Institute continues to lead in nurturing skilled professionals in the export consultancy field.
The Export Consultants Program is a training program that was created to help Ukrainian businesses overcome the challenges they face in the export sector. We know that these are tough times, with disruptions to supply and value chains, staff relocation, and a shrinking domestic market brought on by the war. Our program was designed to quickly and efficiently train public and private sector export consultants so they can increase the export capacity of Ukrainian companies.
The program uses a unique “two-pillar” approach that simultaneously develops exporting and consulting skills among participants. It consists of seven one-month training modules that cover a range of industries and promote peer-to-peer learning.
Participants from different fields are allowed to take part in the program, and they receive knowledge from international trainers and mentors. The program is designed to be agile and resilient to the risks imposed by the war and delivers knowledge using online and hybrid models of learning. So, our educational program starts to be the object of the ETF ‘Creating New Learning Research’.
The ETF’s renowned expertise adds a layer of credibility to the ongoing impact assessment of the Export Consultants Mastery Program. This research delves into participants’ motivations, progress, and perceived benefits, utilizing the Perceived Competence Scale within the Self-Determination Theory. Notably, the program actively involves the perspectives of 16 voluntary participants from the learners of the program, contributing to a diverse and inclusive understanding of its impact.
This research will provide essential support in disseminating our educators’ practices within their respective countries and across other EU partner countries and member states.
The resulting case study from the research will become a noteworthy contribution to the ‘Creating New Learning Research’ (CNL) publication of innovative practices. We have the unique opportunity to study our practices in a structured manner, employing the CNL research approach. This process encourages a deeper understanding of methods and promotes reflective practice.
The ongoing research signifies a significant step towards enhancing the program’s effectiveness and contributing to the development of a resilient and dynamic future for the export consultancy sector. We are anticipating waiting for the results of the research at the end of April.
