Visionest Institute warmly invites participants based in Georgia to register for an exclusive, EU-supported training on “Digital Sales and Online Marketplaces,” led by expert trainer Martina Vazzoler from the European Union.

This practical, interactive 3-day training is tailored for Georgian entrepreneurs, small business owners, digital marketers, and anyone eager to enter or grow in the world of online sales. You’ll explore how to use digital tools, AI, and key platforms to sell products globally, build high-performing product listings, and track your growth online.

GEORGIA | 03-05 June 2025 | Digital sales and online MP

Day 1 – Introduction to digital export

Morning:

  • Alignment on the use of AI for the course and for online sales: overview of how AI can support digital sales strategies.
  • General overview of online sales: differences between ecommerce and marketplaces, with pros and cons of each model.

Afternoon:

  • Analysis of key marketplaces suitable for participants’ products (xxx to be confirmed): exploration of marketplaces most relevant to participants’ industries, focusing on visibility and sales opportunities.

Day 2 – From catalogue to product page (or Building your online product catalogue)

Morning:

  • Starter kit for online sales: selecting keywords, categories, images, and descriptions; building a strong company profile.
  • Building the perfect offer: mapping competitors and the reference market to shape the perfect catalogue offer

Afternoon:

  • Scientific construction of a product page: step-by-step guidelines to create effective product listings for marketplaces.
  • Bulk uploading: how to efficiently upload multiple products, using automation where possible.

Day 3 – Optimizing and monitoring your digital strategy

Morning:

  • Logistics, payments and returns: optimizing operational aspects for online selling success.
  • Selling globally: key challenges to be aware of (pricing & tax regulation)

Afternoon:

  • Digital growth objectives and simple KPIs: defining measurable and realistic digital growth goals.
  • Strategy refinement: how to read KPI results and adjust your digital plan accordingly.
