Day 1 – Sustainability and Legal Foundations

  • Navigate global and EU sustainability trends reshaping fashion and creative industries
  • Understand the Green Deal, Eco-design, Digital Product Passport, and packaging regulations
  • Define and communicate your brand’s sustainability approach in a credible way

Day 2 – Market Positioning and Product Strategy

  • Build a clear value proposition and target customer persona
  • Position your brand within relevant EU segments (luxury, premium, mid-market)
  • Plan and structure a balanced product collection that meets buyer expectations

Day 3 – Collection Cycles, Pricing, and Buyer Preparation

  • Learn the timeline of collection development aligned with EU market seasons
  • Understand costing, margin expectations, and pricing for export
  • Prepare buyer-facing materials and practice brand presentation and pitching

With over two decades of experience in international fashion markets, Kaie Kaas Ojavere has led product development, production, and brand scaling initiatives across Europe. Today, she heads KIUD, an Estonia-based company that transforms textile waste into sustainable packaging solutions for clients in France, Germany, and Scandinavia. Her focus on circular economy, combined with deep industry knowledge, makes her uniquely qualified to guide SMEs through the evolving EU landscape.
