Day 1 – Sustainability and Legal Foundations
- Navigate global and EU sustainability trends reshaping fashion and creative industries
- Understand the Green Deal, Eco-design, Digital Product Passport, and packaging regulations
- Define and communicate your brand’s sustainability approach in a credible way
Day 2 – Market Positioning and Product Strategy
- Build a clear value proposition and target customer persona
- Position your brand within relevant EU segments (luxury, premium, mid-market)
- Plan and structure a balanced product collection that meets buyer expectations
Day 3 – Collection Cycles, Pricing, and Buyer Preparation
- Learn the timeline of collection development aligned with EU market seasons
- Understand costing, margin expectations, and pricing for export
- Prepare buyer-facing materials and practice brand presentation and pitching
